Current Labour Disputes

Please note that our support for Teamsters Local 31 continues after nearly a year long lock out

BCGEU, COPE Local 378 and PEA have issued strike notice for September 5m 2012. The strike will be effective from 12am on September 5 and will continue for 24 hours (until midnight). Go to the www.bcgeu.ca for more information and a list of sites.

If you would like to be invovled with our Strike Support Committee or you are aware of any other labour disputes or lock-outs please contact Rachel at the VDLC at office@vdlc.ca.
